Yes, we do ship goods internationally.

We have delivery by Courier, details of which are as follows: Courier service: – Door to door delivery service – Approximate delivery time 5-7 days – Parcel can be tracked during its entire journey – Slightly more expensive option Certain countries are excluded from the online checkout list due to a different cost structure. Please email sales@signet-licensing.co.za for a delivery quote if you are from the following countries: Afghanistan, Burundi. Iraq. Libya. Mali, Niger, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Central African Republic, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, North Korea, Liberia, Somali and Sudan or you cannot find your country on the list. Should a customer request delivery by postal service, this can be done by special arrangements via email through sales@signet-licensing.co.za. Delivery will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Kindly note that the customer will assume full responsibility for the non-delivery and/or failure to collect from the nominated address. The smart receipt system on the payment gateway will automatically calculate your shipping charge, based on the weight of the items, the destination & the selected delivery method. It will then be added to your invoice. Delivery costs are variable as they are primarily dependent on the weight of the items purchased. The twin sets are for babies and as a result all their sizes relate to months, so for example the sizes found will be 0-3months, 3-6months, 6-12months, 18-24months, and 24-36 months I hope this clarifies the matter

It is imperative that you enter in the correct delivery address and ensure that it is correct. If the delivery address is added incorrectly, there is a chance they goods will be delivered to the wrong address. Also what happens for example if a UK resident by mistake adds South Africa as their delivery address, it will add VAT, which International customers do not pay and the delivery costs will be worked out according to local rates. As a result the customer will need to contact us, or reply to our email correspondence alerting them to this, then the customer will need to complete the manual order to authorise the additional amount that will be due. We will not be liable for customers adding in the incorrect address So please to ensure your parcel is delivered in good time and to the correct address please double check your delivery address!

The courier companies need to contact you or your designated receiver of your parcel when they are uncertain of the correct delivery address or if there is no one to receive the parcel at the time it is delivered. Thus the contact numbers are imperative! So please ensure you have added your contact numbers!

Once you have successfully placed your order, you can then view it in the order history section. Here you can view your order and there is a subject line which includes the tracking facility. Here you will find your tracking number and by double clicking on the tracking number it will take you the relevant shipping company’s website and you will be able to view the tracking status of your order

We don’t encourage exchanges, however if the size is incorrect and the item has not been personalized it we can swap it for another size in extreme circumstances, but you would need to pay the additionally costs for shipping (to return goods and reship them) and additional costs for the items etc. And exchanges need to be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Goods that have been worn and labels removed CANNOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE RETURNED. This will also be dependent on stock availability and new goods can only be sent once the original goods have been received back by us and the additional amount due has been paid. However to avoid such an instance, be sure to check out the size chart and view the products carefully on the website before placing your order!

You can do this. But we only print jerseys purchased on our store. You can choose between just having a number or name put on or both. The cost for any of the 3 options remains the same. Please also note if you are personalizing your jersey, this is done by a third party, so this will add about 5-7 working days to the original time of receiving and dispatching the order. Payment problem check list

A few suggestions: 1. Have you checked that you have entered your card details correctly? 2. Have you checked with your bank? Sometimes the banks set high security measures on their cards and only once you get authorization from them can you proceed to make a payment online 3. Have you tried more than once? Perhaps your bank was off line when you tried to make your payment? 4. is your card a Master Card or Visa? If you have had no joy with these options, I have attached a manual order form which you can complete with your order and card details. We will then check stock availability and manually process the card payment from our side. Our machine only accepts Visa and Master Card though. What if I would like to place an order manually?

If you feel that you would prefer to place a manual order and pay via EFT (no additional fee for domestic customers, but a small clearance fee is required for International customers) or that you would like to provide us with your card details, so that we can manually process your order from our offices then email us at sales@signet-licensing.co.za to receive the manual order form Download: Manual Order Form

Will there be any additional costs associated with delivery such as taxes?

For domestic clients there is not an additional cost. For international customers there may be customs and/or taxes payable. This is up to each individual country & we do not have control over the rates or thresholds they may apply.
